Doug’s primary focus is on residential business development and leading all project management and field operations for the company. He is our registered qualifying party for our AL Unlimited Home Builders License (#29751). Doug has over 5 years of experience in the residential construction industry.
Ford Wyatt
Ford’s primary focus is on internal company financials & operations, as well as commercial business development. He has over 8 years of commercial & industrial contracting experience as both a general and specialty trades contractor.

Thomas Ward
Thomas Ward is a Birmingham native and has a passion for managing construction projects. He has been in the industry for 10+ years and has experience in the commercial, residential and multi-family construction fields.
Thomas places tremendous value in building and maintaining relationships with both clients and tradesmen. Thomas is involved with several non-profit organizations around the Birmingham area and enjoys volunteering his time to help others. When Thomas is not working, he enjoys duck hunting, Ole Miss football, spending time with Jesus and enjoying free time with his wife, Virginia and their three dogs.
